Who’s here now?

ExxonMobil & Southwestern Energy, with HP and ABS coming soon

The energy is building as Springwoods Village is now home to the region’s premier employers. ExxonMobil’s new world headquarters is situated on 385 acres and features 20 energy-efficient modern buildings, with over 10,000 employees now working here. The Southwestern Energy headquarters campus is now home to 1,500 employees, but will grow to 3,000 employees over time. Location, access, environment, sustainability, and amenities are just some of the reasons why these companies and others, including HP, Inc. and the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), with new campuses under construction now, are locating their businesses in Springwoods Village.

Who’s behind the plan?

CDC Houston. Inc. (a subsidiary of Coventry Development Corporation of New York) is developing Springwoods Village. CDC has expertise in methodically creating mixed-use urban communities, adhering to best practices in all aspects of land design and infrastructure, as well as residential and commercial vitality.
