The Market at Springwoods Village

Regency Centers is developing a Kroger-anchored retail power center in Springwoods Village, scheduled to open in late summer 2017. Planned to fill over 300,000-square feet at the southeast corner of Holzwarth Road and the Grand Parkway with 7 pads for mixed-use retail and walking-friendly landscaping, the center will be a walkable gathering place anchored by Kroger and featuring popular restaurants like Torchy’s Tacos, MOD Pizza, Chick-fil-A and Tarka’s Indian Kitchen, among several others, with other potential amenities including entertainment options, a fitness center and other retail stores.
