Springwoods Village has planned for more than 9 million square feet to commercial space. The business community includes the world-class corporate campuses of ExxonMobil, Southwestern Energy, ABS and HP Inc.
CHI St. Luke’s Health provides a state-of-the-art medical campus in Springwoods Village while the joint EMS and fire station provides emergency response. A new corporate campus for Hewlett Packard Enterprise began construction in early 2020. CityPlace 1 and 1401 Lake Plaza Drive, multi-story mixed-use buildings adjacent to the CityPlace Plaza, offer retail and restaurants at street level and office space at upper floors.
