Who’s here now?

ExxonMobil, Southwestern Energy, HP Inc. and ABS, with HP Enterprise coming soon

The energy is building as Springwoods Village is now home to the region’s premier employers. ExxonMobil’s new world headquarters is situated on 385 acres and features 20 energy-efficient modern buildings, with more than 12,000 employees now working here. The Southwestern Energy headquarters campus is home to 1,500 employees. HP Inc. and ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) have moved into their new Springwoods Village campuses in early 2019, bringing in respectively 2,400 and 1,000 employees. Location, access, environment, sustainability, and amenities are just some of the reasons why these companies and others, including HP Enterprise – who will break ground on their campus in late 2019 – are locating their businesses in Springwoods Village.

Who’s behind the plan?

CDC Houston. Inc. (a subsidiary of Coventry Development Corporation of New York) is developing Springwoods Village. CDC has expertise in methodically creating mixed-use urban communities, adhering to best practices in all aspects of land design and infrastructure, as well as residential and commercial vitality.
